Fellow Drammers!
We’re proud to announce that on Thursday, November 19th, starting at 7pm EST / 4pm Pacific, we’ll be welcoming David Keir, the Sales and Marketing Director for The GlenAllachie! This is very generous of him, considering that it will be starting at midnight his time in Scotland. In any case, we’ve secured some wonderful bottles at auction, check out our lineup:
36yo GlenAllachie. We secured this independent bottling at auction, labeled as “Jack Wiebers Whisky World - Old Train Line”, distilled in February 1971 and bottled in July 2007 at 47.5% abv. It’s cask #1844, bourbon cask matured, one of only 104 bottles, 70cl.
31yo Douglas Laing Bottling. This GlenAllachie is from the esteemed independent bottlers Douglas Laing, under their “Old & Rare” line. Distilled in 1971, bottled in 2003 at 53.9% abv. One of only 206 bottles, 70cl.
