Fellow Drammers!
Our friends at Paul John Distillery have generously agreed to come in very early there in Goa, India, to give us a live tour this coming Friday night, the 24th of July, starting at 6pm PDT / 9pm EST. We're proud to have a long history with the Paul John team, even meeting with them to pay our respects before launching our Mumbai chapter a couple years ago. Since then we've had the pleasure of welcoming their national brand ambassador for India, Yash Bhamre, mutliple times to our Mumbai chapter events, and in the United States we've hosted events with their west coast brand ambassador Koray at our Los Angeles and Denver chapters, and with their East Coast brand ambassador Devin at our NYC chapter, where we even had the honor of welcoming the founder Mr. Paul himself! We had big plans for this Summer, to launch our Chicago chapter with a feast of Paul John bottles, our LA chapter had announced plans to co-host Mr. Paul at our LA chapter, and our Mumbai chapter was gearing up to do a barrel pick at their distillery in Goa. With all that on hold, we didn't want to stop the party entirely, which brings us to this Friday.
We've secured some great bottles, and we're honored to be among the first in the United States to try their coveted XO brandy! Our mumbai chapter had the pleasure of sipping some of this back in February, and it is damn good. Everyone who signs up will get 10 different pours, but as is often the case, we were not able to secure 2 bottles of everything, so everyone will be asked to select between either SET A or SET B. See below, drumroll please...

- Paul John XO Brandy (last we heard, the number of these bottles that exist is unimaginably small, like maybe only 30 of these bottles exist globally)

- Single Cask Selection for the UK, cask #1906, 59.5% abv
SET B Only:
- A rare Cadenhead 7yo bottling of Paul John
- A rare Gordon & Macphail single cask (#4611) bottling, 60% abv
- Christmas Edition 2018 (we found this at auction a year ago and have been saving it for a special occasion...)
