Fellow Drammers!
We’ve long been keeping an eye on this up and coming distillery, resurrecting (right on the legendary Whisky Row!) a distillery that its founder Corky Taylor’s great-grandfather operated in the early 1900s. A number of our members have been to visit the distillery in the past year, all with an eye on what ultimately is this event — picking a barrel of their celebrated rye whiskey exclusively for our members. In the process we’ll get a virtual distillery tour. We’re in the process of securing a kick-ass lineup of whiskies for this event (we bought a couple of bottles of an absinthe-finished rye barrel, that are currently at their gift shop awaiting us to pick them up, we’ll figure it out one way or another ha….). In the meantime, save the date. This is going to be one great event!
