Hello San Francisco Drammers!
You’re invited to join us Monday, November 9th at 7pm for a special Japanese whisky tasting — Master Distiller Kazunori Oishi of the Ohishi Distillery is in town from Japan, and we are thrilled to welcome him as our guest speaker! It actually coincides with our club selecting a single barrel from this distillery, and if we’re lucky, we might even have a chance to try that at this tasting (the barrel doesn’t touch the dock in the US until late November, but I know they were trying to arrange for Oishi-san to bring a bottle over with him). But even without that, we have one hell of a lineup:
