Hello LA Drammers!
You’re invited to join us for a great tasting on Tuesday, November 25th at 7pm with the Western US Market Manager for the Willett Distillery, Aaron Miller. A big thank you to Bino for hosting us at 4501 Arturo Blvd in Baldwin Hills.
Obviously Willett needs little introduction, their Family Estate bottlings are among the rarest and most sought after bourbons and ryes each year, but now is a particularly interesting time to be checking in with Willett as they put the final touches on their recent (significant!) expansion. When I asked what we’ll be tasting at this event, I was told “everything”, ha. What does everything mean? Quite a bit coming from this distillery — their new Speakeasy line, core range products like Pure Kentucky, Kentucky Vintage, Old Bardstown bourbons, plus Rowan’s Creek, Noah’s Mill and yes, some Willett Family Estate bourbon and rye — even some purple top. :)
We hope you can join us! The ticket price is mostly to cover us ordering in some pizza (which is included) to make sure nobody’s drinking on an empty stomach. We hope you can join us, as always, we ask that everyone arrange for a ride home, we’ll be working our way through a hefty lineup after all! Please let us know if you have any questions!
