Hello Austin Drammers!
Our wonderful friend Naomi Ayala Colliers (our guardian angel over at CVH Single Malts — including Bunnahabhain, Deanston, Tobermory and Ledaig) has generously invited us over for a tasting at her home on March 27th at 7pm. What will we be tasting? Naomi has this to say:
Bunna, Deanston, Tobermory and Ledaig standards plus special releases on the market in Texas, distillery releases I brought back, and barrel samples from Bunnahabhain Warehouse 9 and Tobermory/Ledaig Warehouse 1. Plus any of the other goodies in my whisky office.
Food: Scottish BBQ inspiration with venison sliders, cedar smoked salmon, and whisky glazed chicken thighs as mains, roasted potatoes and grilled squash, side salad, and tarts for dessert.
I have plenty of space indoors and out for seating, and cigars welcome.
