Hello Boston Drammers!
On Friday, January 9th at 7pm, you’re invited to join us for a special tasting with Barrell Bourbon’s Northeast Brand Ambassador Brett Silverstein. We imagine Barrell needs little introduction, but just in case, they are the groundbreaking blenders behind some of the most innovative bourbon and rye releases of the last decade, including Dovetail, Seagrass and a lot more. We’ve long been enormous fans of this whiskey-making team, and have bought three single barrels with them over the years, two of which we’ll be bringing for this tasting. Brett himself will be bringing a bunch of their higher-end releases too. Here’s our tentative lineup:

That’s our lineup, we hope you can join us! A big thank you to Tash and Steve for organizing, and to Steve for hosting us again at his place in Andover (address: 7 Lancaster Place, Andover MA 01810). We'll order in light food (likely pizza) to try to make sure nobody is drinking on an empty stomach, and as always we strongly encourage everyone to arrange a ride home -- most of what we'll be drinking is cask strength after all!
