Fellow Drammers!
On Wednesday, January 7th at 7pm, you’re invited to join us for a special in person tasting of exquisite independent bottlings of Scotch with the co-founder of Single Cask Nation, Joshua Hatton. We’ll be tasting through an array of their recent releases, and Joshua will be bringing a bunch of surprise expressions, so we’ve included a lineup below, but think of it more as a kind of sample of what the lineup may look like — our lineup will no doubt change and be even better:
Glen Garioch 12yo Oloroso Finish. Bottled in connection with the Water of Life Film “Independent Spirits” (2025). 58.9% abv
Drammers Pick! Inchgower 11yo. Finished for 26 months in a 1st-fill sherry hogshead, Cask No. 813821, 1 of 198 bottles, 56.3% abv
Glen Moray 12yo. 1st fill Bourbon barrel, 59.7% abv
Balblair 17yo. Finish: 2.5 years in a first-fill American oak ex PX sherry hogshead, 1 of 188 bottles, Cask#181076, 53.8% abv
Diamond Rum 10yo. 2nd fill bourbon hogshead. 52.1% abv
Ben Nevis 10yo. Finish: 4 years in a 1st Fill Spanish Oak Oloroso Hogshead, 1 of 257 bottles, Cask#170260, 61.6% abv
Aberfeldy 10yo. Finish: 2nd Fill Bourbon Barrel (2 Years), 1 of 221 bottles, Cask#193020, 60.5% abv
Linkwood 12yo. 1st Fill Bourbon No. 172428, 57.6% abv
All cask strength single barrels, and like I said, these are just some of the options for the lineup, the final lineup will no doubt be different and even better. We hope you can join us!
