Fellow Drammers!

You're invited to join us this Friday, September 6th, starting at 7pm, and a big thank you to Peter Doris for hosting (72 Homewood Avenue in Allendale).  You'll be the first members in the club to try our newest single barrel of American Single Malt whiskey (so, made like a Scotch from 100% malted barley, but made here in the US -- in this case in Portland, Oregon).  We'll also have on hand 3 single casks of what is almost certainly Willet, all 7yo cask strength, bottled by Premier Drams (the team behind Jack Rose Saloon in DC) -- a bourbon, a rye, and an American single malt.  We'll also try two new cask strength single barrels that just came in from the R6 Distillery in Los Angeles (we were proud to have the first two casks in the launch of their new label Stock Exchange Club of Los Angeles -- a bourbon and a hazmat rye).  We'll finish out the lineup with a couple bottles of Scotch -- possibly the new Glenmorangie Triple Cask that was just released, and maybe the inaugural release here in the United States from the Lagg Distillery on the isle of Arran.

We hope you can join us!  We'll order in light food as usual (included, likely pizza) to try to make sure that nobody is drinking on an empty stomach, and as always we strongly recommend arranging a ride home.
