Sep. 18: NYC w/ Ardbeg's Distillery Manager Colin Gordon...

Hello NYC Drammers!

Ardbeg’s Distillery Manager is going to join us in person for a special Drammers event in NYC on September 18th! Talk about a rare treat — Colin rarely gets to travel like this since of course most of the time he needs to be running point at the actual distillery. Colin Gordon joined as the Distillery Manager in 2020 after Mickey Heads retired, and we of course had the honor of welcoming Mickey in person many years ago!). We’ll be tasting two new soon-to-be-released Ardbeg bottlings, the new Harpy’s Tale, the first in their Anthology series, as well as the new 19 year old bottling. We’re also working on a kickass dusty headliner, which we hope to announce tomorrow, but seeing as the event has come up on fairly short notice, we wanted to go ahead and post this now so everyone can make plans, and we’ll fill that in with Bizarrebbq and some other fun releases. More details to come, and we’ll order in pizza as usual to make sure nobody’s drinking on an empty stomach. We hope you can join us!
