We’re excited to announce the kickoff of our Drammers Dallas chapter on Monday, March 29th at 7pm EST. We’re still confirming the location, but we’ve got a great lineup for you (and since we’ll be coming from our events in Mexico, there’s a very good chance we’ll have some exciting mezcal in tow too, and maybe some other fun surprises). Here’s the lineup we’ve got so far (a collection of our Drammers exclusive casks, more details on each can be found in the bottles section on our website):
Highland Park Single Cask — Our exclusive Drammers single cask, aged 13 years in a first-fill European oak cask, bottled at cask strength!
Westland Cask #430 - an American single malt, medium peated, with plenty of smoke, a truly delicious (and these days quite rare) chance to try whiskey from this fantastic distillery at cask strength (they closed their barrel program a little over a year ago, so today you can only find cask strength bottles at the distillery!
Smooth Ambler, Old Scout - Our single cask of MGP bourbon, bottled at cask strength as always.
Medley Exclusive Selection - this is the barrel that our NYC chapter selected at the end of 2019, a delicious 8 year old bourbon from the Medley Bros, bottled at cask strength.
High West American Prairie Bourbon - Finished in a rivesaltes wine cask (a Drammers exclusive!)
High West Double Rye - finished in a cognac cask (also a dreamers exclusive!).
