Our 2026 gathering of the members — “The Drammening” — is here! It will take place Thursday, Feb. 26th through Sunday, March 1st in Las Vegas.

This event listing is for the 1pm event on Sunday, March 1st, where we will welcome Howard Sacks who is bringing us waffles and whisky! Shake off our Saturday night festivities with some waffles and Scotch! Howard (along with his wife Melissa) formed Sacks Dynamics, an importing company specializing in single malt Scotch, especially independent bottlings! He’s bringing out some special bottlings just for this event, including from the independent bottlers Living Souls, Creetown, Lady of the Glen and Highland Laird by Bartels, specifically:

  • Living Souls: 40yo Blended Scotch!

  • Living Souls: Cult Favorite '99&1' Blend (99 parts 18 yr Ledaig, 1 part grain)

  • Living Souls: Balblair 10yo XO cognac octave finish

  • Highland Laird: Caol Ila 11yo, Cask #: 313929 Bourbon Hogshead

  • Higland Laird: Mortlach - Aged 10 Years Cask #: 207 - Sherry Butt

  • Creetown: Dailuaine - Aged 14yo - Finished in Ex-Calvados Cask

  • Lady of the Glen: Bonus mystery bottle!

The venue location will be sent to those who sign up closer to the event (its about 8 minutes West of Circus Circus). All events at the Drammening are $20 for Members and $35 for non-members, or you can get an “All Access” pass that is $120 for Members and $150 for Non-Members. For those coming in from out of town, the closest casinos are Gold Coast, Orleans, The Palms etc., which are less expensive than the ones on the Strip. There is always a chance the schedule of events will change, though it is unlikely at this point. Currently the schedule of events is as follows:

  • 11pm - Karaoke Afterparty -w- Proof & Wood Founder Dave Schmier (Location: Venue TBA)


FRIDAY, FEB. 27th:
