Single Cask Nation Co-Founder Jason Johnstone-Yellin is coming to Los Angeles. This Wednesday, June 12th at 6:30pm, Drammers LA is proud to partner with our friends at Execs Whiskey Club for this tasting. A big thank you to Bino Gopal for hosting us at his home in Baldwin Hills (address: 4501 Don Arturo Place, Los Angeles, CA 90008). The tasting lineup will be robust as you might imagine with this crew. Here are the bottles we know about so far:

• Inchgower 11yo Single Malt Scotch. (Drammers Club Pick). Inchgower 11yo, 26 month finish in a 1st-fill sherry hogshead, Distilled November 2011, Bottled October 2023, Cask No. 813821, 1 of 198 bottles, 56.3% abv

• Benrinnes 11yo Single Malt Scotch. (Hi Time Pick). 54.75% abv.

• Catoctin Creek 3yo Rye. Cask #904031, Ex-barley wine 30 gallon cask. 56.8% abv

• Wilderness Trail 4yo Rye. Cask #200108, 56.35% abv.

• Backwoods 4yo Australian Heritage Rye. Cask #14. Re-char American oak / re-char French oak finish. 60% abv.

• Definitely more pours. Jason said he’s also bring “whatever’s in my closet” and other folks have hinted they may be bringing some toys. And let’s be honest, this is Bino hosting, we will not be short on things to drink. But we’ll start with at least those 5 pours above will be there.
