Happy new year! We're excited for our Drammers tasting in Charlotte this coming Thursday, January 5th at 7pm, and we've finalized the full bottle lineup, which you can see below. We'll order in pizza as usual. As always, anyone who has been to one of our events is welcome to invite friends to join. We hope you can join us!

Bottle Lineup for the Event:
High Wire Distilling Co. - Benton's Smoked Jimmy Red Bourbon Whiskey. Our friends at the High Wire Distillery in Charleston have released this distillery-only expression, partnering with Benton's, the producer's of the famous smoked bacon, to smoke their already unique Jimmy Red corn bourbon! You have to see the pictures of how they do it to believe it. Super yummy, and super unqiue. 45% abv.
Wilderness Trail - Family Reserve Cask Strength Rye Whiskey. Aged 6 years, 7 months. This was a barrel pick by our friends at Jack Rose Saloon in Washington DC, who we're proud to say stock nearly all of our Drammers Club single barrel picks, and they were kind enough to set aside a few cases of this Wilderness Trail rye pick for our club to taste. 56.36% abv.
Stauning Danish Whisky - Floor Malted Rye - Double Oaked barrel. Aged 6 years. 57% abv. Drammers Exclusive Single Barrel Pick. (See below)
Stauning Danish Whisky - Peated Single Malt - Aged 5 years. 57% abv. Drammers Exclusive Single Barrel Pick. Our two new Drammers-exclusive single barrels from Denmark's Stauning distillery have arrived and they've started going out to those of you who pre-ordered them. Floor malted rye and peated single malt. We're proud to say they're the first single barrels of Stauning in the US. More details here.
Copper & Kings Grape Brandy in a Tequila Cask. This barrel pick recently arrived from the Copper & Kings distillery in Louisville, Kentucky. They specialize in American brandy and here we've got a single barrel of brandy aged in a tequila cask, bottled at cask strength of 62.5% abv. It is available exclusively to members of our club for $70/bottle. You can find this and 70 other Drammers single barrels, single batches and other picks available here.
3 Types of Extra Extra Anejo Scorpion Mezcal. Last but not least, we'll be tasting our 3 newest Drammers Club barrel picks are from Scorpion Mezcal, and they have just arrived to our retail partner. We're proud to say are some of the oldest aged mezcals ever released:
Espadin Aged 12 Years in oak ($280/bottle)
Tobala aged 7 years in oak ($180/bottle)
Barril aged 6 years in oak ($150/bottle)
If you search online, you'll see that (tequila aside), these are easily among the oldest mezcals ever released (by far - "extra Anejo" is by definition at least 3 years old).
