Hello Warsaw Drammers!

You're invited to join us this Saturday, the 28th of January at 19:00 for our next Drammers WARSAW tasting!  We've got a great lineup of bottles we'll be tasting, which you can read about in more detail below.  We'll be adding a surprise bottle or two to the lineup as well.  :). We hope you can join us!  And as usual, we'll order in pizza which is included. As usual, anyone who has been to one of our events is welcome to invite friends to join.

Some of the bottles we’ll be tasting at this event…

• Kaiyo Japanese Whisky, Mizunara Cask Matured (2 different Single Casks). We just picked up two fun single barrels of Kaiyo Japanese whisky, both matured in Japanese Mizunara oak casks, and boy they couldn’t be any different, one has rich notes that are reminiscent of gin - hard to believe but it’s true. They’re both unchillfiltered and bottled at cask strength of 56% abv.

• Stauning Danish Whisky - 2 Drammers-Exclusive Single Barrels.  Our latest picks to arrive are these two special single barrels from Stauning Danish Whisky -- a double oaked floor malted rye, and a peated single malt whisky, both selected by a majority vote of our members during a special online tasting event and distillery tour of Stauning.  We're extremely proud to say that our barrels are the very first single barrels Stauning released in the United States.  Members can pick up these bottles and 78 other unique expressions here.

• Copper & Kings Brandy - Finished in a Tequila Cask.  This barrel pick recently arrived from the Copper & Kings distillery in Louisville, Kentucky.  They specialize in American brandy and here we've got a single barrel of brandy aged in a tequila cask, bottled at cask strength of 62.5% abv.  It is available exclusively to members of our club for $70/bottle.  You can find this and 70 other Drammers single barrels, single batches and other picks available here.

• High Wire Distilling Co. - Benton's Smoked Jimmy Red Bourbon Whiskey.  Our friends at the High Wire Distillery in Charleston have released this distillery-only expression, partnering with Benton's, the producer's of the famous smoked bacon, to smoke their already unique Jimmy Red corn bourbon!  You have to see the pictures of how they do it to believe it.  Super yummy, and super unqiue.  45% abv.

That's our lineup so far - we'll definitely add to this, but a solid start for sure.  :). In the meantime, we hope you can join us!
