Aug. 10: Drammers Long Island with Spike McClure...

Hello Long Island Drammers!

This coming Thursday, August 10th we’re welcoming a man who needs no introduction, but we’ll do it anyway, ha — Spike McClure, brand ambassador extraordinaire, will taste us through at least 7 single malts centered around the brands he represents — Torabhaig and Mossburn. Matt Lurin has generously offered to host (thanks Matt)! His address is: 315 Virginia Avenue, Oceanside, NY 11572. In honor of the LIRR train that comes in at 7:24pm, and since he’s only a short walk from the train, we’ll start the event at 7:35pm. A big thank you to Matt for hosting and running point on the event, since Charlie will be holding the fort for our events down in the DC/Baltimore area this week. We’ll order in light food as usual (likely pizza, included). We hope you can join us! And thanks to Spike’s generosity, tickets to the event are only $15/person for Members, and $30/person for Observers. Please let us know if you have any questions!
