Our first two Starlight single barrel picks have arrived!

A single barrel of Starlight bourbon aged for 4 years, including a finish in a Turkish Apricot Brandy Barrel, bottled at 56.25% abv (112.5 proof). Barrel #22-2540-2.
They smoked the corn using a mesquite smoke before distilling and bottling this bourbon for 5.5 years, and then finishing it in an Oloroso sherry cask. Bottled at 55.9% abv (111.8 proof). Barrel #22-2128-1.
